Future 2009 Dover Delaware Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) Meetings:

1)  February 21, 2009 All day fundraiser (11 AM - 9 PM) at the Uno Chicago Grill next to the Dover Mall. The fundraiser will benefit the Dover DE Chapter's College Scholarship Fund that awards $1500 grants to graduating High School Seniors in Kent County who also successfully complete a JROTC Program. The Chapter will receive 20% of each dinner check that day that is accompanied by a MOAA/Uno Certificate that will be available that day in Uno's lobby. We will also be raffling off 4 NASCAR Race Tickets good for the Sunday, May 31, 2009, Sprint Cup Race. All proceeds will go into our College Scholarship Fund.
   
2)  March 21, 2009 Dinner Meeting; 5 PM Social Hour at Roma Italian Ristoante - Guest Speaker is Mr. Ben Shamburger, Social Security Public Affairs Office, talking on "The Survival of Social Security & What Every Surviving Spouse Needs to Know".

3)  April 18, 2009 Dinner Meeting; 5 PM Social Hour at Roma Itlian Ristorante - Guest Speaker is Ms. Christine Falvello, from Garrett Financial Planning, talking on "Recovery from the Current Wall Street and National Financial Crisis' ".

4)  May 16, 2009  Dinner Meeting; 5 PM Social Hour at Roma Italian Ristorante. - Guest Speaker is BG (Ret.) Jon Reynolds talking about his experiences as a Vietnam POW.
